Vediko Origins Flax Seed Oil is a cold-pressed, virgin oil made from organic flax seeds via the traditional Kachi Ghani method. It is rich in HDL (high-density lipoprotein) or good cholesterol, absorbing the bad form of cholesterol LDL (low-density lipoprotein) that lowers the risk for heart disease and stroke.
