Nurotroy AL Tablet is a unique combination of Benfotiamine with Methylcobalamin, Folic acid, Pyridoxine and Alpha Lipoic Acid.
 
Nurotroy AL Tablet is a vitamin preparation recommended to treat or prevent beri-beri, wenicke-korsakoff syndrome, diabetic neuropathy. It is an essential nutrient for development of the nervous system.
Treatment with benfotiamine leads to increased intracellular thiamine diphosphate levels,a cofactor of transketolase. This enzyme directs advanced glycation and lipoxidation end products (AGE's, ALE's) substrates to the pentose phosphate pathway, thus reducing tissue AGEs.
