• assist maintain healthy iron levels as it contains calcined ferrous sulphate

• assist with skin disorders like itching and rashes

• Clears respiratory tract congestion and prevents mucus overproduction

• It assist maintain a healthy body metabolism by aiding digestion

• assist with allergic reactions and builds body’s defence mechanism

• Adults- 1-15 gms once a day with a glass of lukewarm water or milk, preferably at bedtime

• Children: 3-5 gms mixed with honey or half a glass of lukewarm water at bedtime

• Not recommended for type II diabetes patients due to the cane sugar content

• Don’t exceed the recommended dosage
