The manufacture of green tea is slightly different to black tea even though the same green leaves are plucked. The tea leaves are not fermented or oxidized, therefore retaining their antioxidants and polyphenols, the substances that give green tea its many benefits. Drink this green tea as many times a day brewing the same leaf continuously 4 to 5 times. Regular consumption of green tea is known to provide health benefits and assist in detox.
