• Camellia sinensis extract (green tea extract)

• Trachyspermum ammi (ajwain)

• The capsule contains the foeniculum vulgaremill (saunf) that can increase the urine output and flush toxins and excess fluid from the body

• Regular consumption during the period can help in relieving cramps and boosting the mensuration process

• It can help in bloating and expelling excess gas, which causes uneasiness

• Presence of camellia sinensis extract (green tea extract) in this capsule can lead to frequent urination, which may help to release extra fluid

• Trachyspermum ammi (ajwain) can help to relax nerves during menstruation and reduce the cramps

• It may regularise the cycle of periods and give relief to the lower abdomen

• Take two capsules three times a day after meals starting four or five days before the expected period begins

• Do not take for more than five days

• Not recommended for children under 12 years old
