• It is indicated in chronic bronchial asthma and chronic spasmodic bronchial cough

• This remedy is also helpful in the enlargement of the spleen

• There are sometimes cutting pains in the region of the spleen that extend down to the hips

• There is more or less ascites with anaemia present

• Another useof this is for cure of tinospora cordifolia
