• Rosemary oil is known to mitigate stress and anxiety

• It has anti-inflammatory and pain-relieving properties that treat headaches, sprains, muscle soreness or pain

• It can be helpful in respiratory problems when inhaled, relieving from throat congestion, allergies, colds or flu

• It stimulates blood circulation in the scalp and promotes hair growth, prevents baldness and stimulates new hair growth in balding areas

• Rosemary oil contains antimicrobial properties that help mitigate skin problems like acne, dermatitis and eczema

• It can be used to ease a variety of gastrointestinal complaints, including indigestion, gas, stomach cramping, bloating and constipation

• Mix 2-3 drops with a carrier oil and apply evenly on the skin

• Mix 2-3 drops with your hair oil and massage in a circular motion, and wash off with lukewarm water

• Mix 2-3 drops of the oil in your moisturiser or body oil before using

• Prepare a disinfectant spray using a couple of drops of the oil

• Do not use it directly on your skin and hair

• Pregnant, lactating women and children below 5 years shouldn’t use this oil
