Oralyte Powder is used to replace fluids and minerals (such as Sodium, Potassium) lost due to diarrhea and vomiting. It assist prevent or treat the loss of too much body water (dehydration). Having the right amount of fluids and minerals is important for the normal functioning of the body.
Oralyte Powder is used as electrolytes in chronic salt-losing conditions (diarrhea or vomiting), prevention of muscle cramps during routine hemodialysis, oral hygiene as mouthwash, replacement of fluid and electrolytes, hypernatremia, nasal congestion, irrigation of the bladder, eye, general skin and wound cleansing.
Instructions for use:
Mix the contents of the packet in water. Stir well until the powder dissolves completely.
Caution:
Do not heat. Do not drink fruit juices or eat foods with added salt while taking Oralyte Powder.
