Jiva Ayurveda Oil Pulling Ayurvedic Oral Care is a blend of natural oils and herbs formulated for oral care and hygiene. It is based on a practice defined in Ayurvedic scriptures as ’Kavala-Gandusha Therapy’. Kavala is a procedure of taking a small quantity of oil in your mouth and revolving it around for 2-3 minutes, followed by spitting it out quickly. On the other hand, filling the mouth with oil and holding it for a few minutes without moving it inside the oral cavity is called Gandusha. Regular practice assist prevent tooth decay, gum bleeding, bad breath, dryness of throat and cracked lips.
