Instructions for use:
  • Take 2 tablets in the day and 2 tablets in the evening after meals. You can increase the intake to 4 tablets in the day and 4 tablets in the evening if the joint pain is intense. Healing might take 1- 5 months depending on the intensity of joint pain
  • Diet – Mung/ Pulse and Vegetable heavy diet. Avoid food items made up of wheat and refined flour. Millets and pulses flour can be used instead. Avoid refined sugar and all dairy items. However, cow’s ghee is beneficial and can be consumed
  • Home remedies – Turmeric/Haldi Powder: 1/2 Teaspoon; Ginger Juice: 1/2 Teaspoon; Cinnamon/Dalchini Powder: 1/4 Teaspoon; Cow’s Ghee: 1 Teaspoon
  • Mix all the above and consume in morning empty stomach
