Direction for use:
Morning: Take 3ml aloe vera juice and 1ml himalayan berry juice and 2 drops of shri tulsi mix well in 3-5ml water. Also take 1-1 tablet each of Wheat gold and aloe spirulina.

Breakfast: In 2ml skimmed milk add 2 tablespoon of protiwon powder mix & drink. In case you feel hungry 2 hours after breakfast take 1 glass of IMC Amla or Carrot Juice.

Lunch: Half an hour before lunch take fat away Tablet with water. After lunch, take IMC herbal soup or bottle gourd soup. Before having meal, eat 4-5 tomatoes and 2-3 cucumbers chew it properly.

Evening : Take 3ml aloe vera juice and 1ml himalayan berry juice and 2 drops of shri tulsi mix well in 3-5ml water. Also take 1-1 tablet each of wheat gold and aloe spirulina.

Dinner : Take 1 fat away tablet with water half an hour before dinner. Must drink 12-15 glasses of water during the day, It assist to remove toxins from the body.
