Instructions for use:
- Roll directly onto affected area without the need to rub, massage or bandage
- Repeat as necessary, but do not apply more than 4 times daily
- In case of chronic pain like severe joint pain, rheumatoid arthritis, osteo-arthritis, scatia, gout, lower back pain etc. take one Orthomol capsule twice daily, before meals, preferably with lukewarm water for atleast 1 month
