MAGNESIUM PHOSPHORICUM DILUTION
Magnesium Phosphoricum makes a great Anti Spasmodic. It is rich in magnesium, which the body uses to rewire the cells for many reactions. The body quickly absorbs this magnesium for its use.

The following conditions can be treated with this remedy:

Head

Headache is worse when there's mental pressure
Cold-related headaches
Migraines
Vertigo when moving, falls forward when closing your eyes. Better to walk in open air.
Sensation as though contents were liquid. As if brain parts were moving around, like a cap covering the head.

Ears

Neuralgic pain severe; worse behind right ear
Cold water can cause ear irritations.

Mouth

It is good for toothache and can be used in conjunction with heat or hot fluids.
Great for children's teething
Lung swelling

Abdomen

Flatulence, gas, or pain that is severe can be relieved with rubbing, heat, and pressure
It is easier to feel pain if you bend twice on your stomach
Burps and belching are signs of stomach problems

Female

It is good for colic and menstrual cramps in areas where the menses are dark and early.
This is useful for cramps in the legs or muscles.
