• Osteoarthritis: It is a drug of choice in Ayurveda for osteoarthritis. It improves synovial fluid formation and acts as a strengthening agent for weight-bearing joints. It acts slowly but provides stable relief from pain. It may take up to one to three months to show real improvement in pain and joint flexibility

• Gout or raised uric acid level: Gokshuradi guggulu works on kidneys and improves uric acid excretion. However, it may not have an out-turn on the formation of the uric acid

• Kidney stones: It has anti lithiasis property, which assist prevent the formation of kidney stones and assist break formed stones in the kidneys or urinary tract. However, it works better when a patient has symptoms like burning sensation and pain during urination

• Dysuria: It has a mild diuretic action, which assist in dysuria or painful and difficult urination

• Take 1-2 tablets 2 to 3 times a day, after meal preferably with lukewarm water

• Usually it is administered along with water decoction of musta, pashanabheda and usheera

• Store in a cool and dry place
