Folitab Tablet

Folitab Tablet contains 5 milligrams of folic acid. Folic acid from the Folitab Tablet diminishes the levels of homocysteine in the blood to decrease the ill-out-turns of oxidative stress, boosts cell production, prevents and treats megaloblastic anemia, and diminishes the risk of infants developing neural tube defects.
Folitab tablet should be taken by women who have experienced an affected pregnancy before undergoing subsequent conception and during the first trimester of pregnancy as it diminishes neural tube defect and anemia risk. Folitab tablet also decreases side out-turns in rheumatoid arthritis patients consuming methotrexate. It is also indicated for hyperhomocysteinemia and irritable bowel syndrome patients.
