• Baheda is helpful in maintaining kapha as well as pitta dosha and it is also efficacious for the cure of loss of appetite, flatulence, and indigestion

• Amla has antacid action that is helpful in preventing the excess secretion of stomach which makes it helpful in the cure of acidity

• Nagarmotha has antispasmodic action that is helpful for the cure of stomach pain

• 5-1 gm twice a day orally with lukewarm water or as directed by the physician
