• Ashwagandha(Withania Somnifera)-5gm

• Trikatu(Myrobalan of ppz)-3gm

• Dalchini(Cinnamomum Zeylanical)-5gm

• Haldi(Curcuma Longa)-2gm

• assist to fight against viral and bacterial infections

• helpful in treating upper tract infections, cough, cold and sore throat

• Enhances the immune system

• Take 1 Teaspoon (approx 5-6 gms) in one full glass of water (approx 2 ml) and boil

• Boil it for 3-5 mins or when the solution becomes half

• Add sugar to taste and drink it lukewarm

• Take 1-2 times a day
